I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background that encompasses my passion for real estate and community service. A graduate of Wyoming High School in the class of '87, my early years were marked by a competitive spirit as I swam for prestigious teams like the Cincinnati Pepsi Marlins and Wyoming Swim Club.
At the age of 13, I demonstrated my entrepreneurial drive by founding Wolber’s Lawn Service, a venture I successfully grew and later sold in 1987 to pursue higher education at Oral Roberts University. There, I excelled academically, graduating a semester early with a degree in telecommunications and a focus on television engineering.
Returning to Wyoming after graduation, I ventured into the business world once again, establishing Lawn Scapes in the summer of '91. Over a decade, I nurtured the company before selling it in 2002. Simultaneously, I delved into real estate, acquiring my license in 2003 to enhance my proficiency in property investment. Alongside my ventures in real estate, I partnered in house flipping projects, channeling my passion for building and renovating homes.
In 2006, I embarked on a new chapter as a Cincinnati Fireman, further strengthening my commitment to community service. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to reopen Foley’s Irish Pub in Reading, which I managed successfully for over 15 years until its sale in April 2021.
As a realtor, property manager, and dedicated community member, I continue to blend my passion for real estate with my commitment to service. In addition to my professional endeavors, I find joy in crafting projects in my workshop, creating furniture, and illuminating Wyoming with over 20,000 Christmas lights each year, a tradition spanning three decades.
Beyond my work, I indulge in my love for swimming, live music, and motorsports. I am an avid fan of country music and cherish the festive atmosphere of Christmas music during the holiday season. Relaxation for me involves gathering around a fire pit or fireplace, accompanied by music and a captivating movie.
My spiritual community is at Tree of Life Church in Blue Ash, and I frequently travel to Florida to support my mother while enjoying moments by the pool. My multifaceted life embodies my dedication to family, community, and the continuous pursuit of knowledge and growth.
